Early Life: Charles Glass was born in Northern Ireland and moved to Australia when he was approximately 6. His father, Thomas Adams, is reported to have been a pensioners soldier aboard the Pyranees, arriving in Western Australia in 1953. However, no records of the family's immigration to Australia can be found.
